HOME STAGING
Statistically, homes that are staged prior to being put on the market sell for 5-20% more than a non staged home and within a 50% shorter duration.
We strive to create a warm and aesthetically pleasing environment that does not overwhelm a potential buyer. We also acknowledge that seller's have budgets to work within and we are dedicated to providing the best value within your budget. Our process for staging is as follows:
In Home Consultation
We provide an in home consultation where we assess the condition, space, traffic flow & colours of the home to create the best plan for your stage. If at this time both parties agree that we are a good fit for one another we will move into phase two.
Home Staging Proposal
For occupied homes we provide a design proposal with our suggestions for improvements and our ideas for the space. For those clients who would prefer a DIY approach, we provide some options for decor & styling tips along with our proposal. Homeowners that choose to have us stage the property will receive a contract that includes dates of installation included in our design proposal.
Staging Day
We prepare for your stage and come in on the agreed upon date with our delivery of furniture & decor, then we style up the property for you!
Property Sold!
Once your property is sold and you are ready for removal of staging, let us know and we will coordinate a day to have all the items picked up in a smooth and efficient manner.
Furnishings
A home that looks good, feels good. We create aesthetically pleasing spaces that serve purpose with style.
If you are looking to furnish your home or rental property we start with a consultation where we can collaborate and decide the direction and design of the space. We then create a proposal and once accepted we start a furniture procurement list and any artwork or decor that will be purchased as well. Once we have approval on our selections we create a timeline for delivery and if you decide on a package that includes styling we will come in and set up all the pieces.
We offer detailed packages for rental properties that include sourcing and set up of kitchenware, toiletries and cleaning products. We know what your rental property needs to be equipped with to reach its highest dollar return.
STYLING & DECOR
Sometimes all you need is a little zhuzhing up! Not to worry we've got you covered.
Maybe you have a space that has all the right pieces but needs just a little TLC? We offer styling packages where we can provide you with a proposal of the little additions that could be made to bring the space to the next level. We include a linkable shop list for where you can purchase the items as well.
We also offer styling services where we execute the shop list and style up the place to give it that designer charm!
Material selection
Need some direction, let us help with the details!
Meshing materials, colours and finishes can be overwhelming . If you have a project your working on and are looking for a designer touch we would love to work with you in choosing materials for your project! Anything from flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, cabinet handles and more. If you feel stuck, reach out and let us help you choose some options that tie your space together seamlessly!
